When you visit this website and pay for the advertised services you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept this agreement, Lynn Borundia will not be able to provide you with the services that you request.

All services advertised on this website are offered in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.

On this website you will find Information about how Lynn Borundia can support you with the services she offers. This information is provided solely for your information for general education and personal development, it is provided as a guide, but you are responsible for your own actions. Testimonials are based on previous clients' experiences and are therefore not a guarantee of results for everyone, as everyone will experience different results according to their  situation.

For any health concerns it is recommended that you seek medical advice prior to your consultation. As a Kinesiology, Reiki and Soul Life/Regression Practitioner, Lynn Borundia does not and cannot diagnose, treat or cure any ailment, illness or disease.  It is your responsibility to advise Lynn Borundia should you become aware of any changes to your health and/or require medical or health care for any co-existing conditions that may interfere with receiving any of her healing services.

For you to receive the full benefits of a healing session, you need to arrive for your appointment on time.  Late arrivals to your appointment within your appointment time slot means your appointment will only be done within the remaining time of your appointment. This means your appointment time will be shortened, but full payment is still required.  If you attend past your whole allocated appointment time, full payment is still required, and no consult will be given.

All payments for Healing sessions are to be made on the day at the conclusion of your session - accepted payment options are Cash, Bank Transfer or Credit card. All card payments incur a 2.5% fee in addition to the cost of your session.  If you wish to pay by Paypal please contact Lynn Borundia for Paypal details.

For your first session it is recommended that you arrive 10 mins prior to your appointment to fill out any necessary paperwork. Wear something comfortable as all in-person sessions will be conducted on a practitioner table (massage  table).  Online sessions via Zoom will be undertaken with you sitting comfortably in front of your computer/laptop camera (using a Smartphone is not preferred for an Online session).

When you visit this website and book your session,  you  agree to be bound by the booking and cancellation policy outlined here. If you do not accept this agreement, Lynn Borundia may not be able to provide you with the services that you  require both now and in future.

Healing sessions do not replace Professional Medical/Legal/Business opinion and advice. It will not force you to follow a particular course of action or attempt to exert any form of control over your free-will and common sense.  Any decisions made, or actions taken by you as a result of your session are your sole responsibility and have not been forced upon you. Lynn Borundia assumes no legal liability for any damages, losses, or other consequences of any client decisions, subsequent to, or based on sessions provided.  Please use your own common sense and judgment at all times.

By proceeding with services from Lynn Borundia you agree to terms above and release her from all liabilities, legal claims and expenses that may result both directly and indirectly from services performed. Lynn Borundia reserves the right to change these conditions at any time without notice.  Lynn Borundia has a professional duty of confidentiality and takes this responsibility seriously. Lynn Borundia complies at all times with the Australian Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act). Lynn Borundia has a legal requirement to comply with the relevant Code of Conduct, as a Kinesiology, Reiki and Soul Life Practitioner.

Cancellation Policy

Healing Sessions

For you to receive the full benefits of any of Lynn Borundia's  healing session, you need to arrive on time for your In-Person or Online appointment on time. If you cancel 24hrs prior to your appointment or do not show up for your allocated appointment time a cancellation fee of 50% of your session fee will apply. 

Mind, Body, Soul Wellbeing Workshops

All cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing.  The deposit is non-refundable, unless the Facilitator cancels.  Every effort is made to ensure Workshops are run as per scheduled dates.  Lynn Borundia reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to insufficient enrolments (less than four students).  In the event of a workshop being cancelled (facilitator cancellation), workshop fees will be refunded or transferred to a future workshop date.

In the event of a participant cancelation, a refund is given on balance of payment as follows:

• More than 14 days’  cancellation notice, full refund less $150 deposit/administration fee
• 7-14  days’  cancellation notice, 50% refund less $150 deposit/administration
• Less than 7 days’ notice, no refund and no transfer to the next time this course runs or to any other     workshop, regardless of circumstances

Reiki Courses

All cancellations and requests for refunds must be made inwriting.  The deposit is non-refundable, unless Lynn Borundia (Reiki Teacher) cancels the course.  Lynn Borundia reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient enrolments (less than four students). In the event of a cancelation by participant, a refund is given on balance of payment as follows:

• More than 14 days’ cancellation notice, full refund less non-refundable deposit. 
• 7-14  days’ cancellation notice, 50% refund less non-refundable deposit.
• Less than 7 days’ notice, no refund.
• In all above cases, consideration may be given to transferring to the next time this course is run, or to any other Reiki Course.  This will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the individual circumstances.
